Every person living in South Africa is familiar with the term ‘service delivery’, usually in the context of service delivery failures or service delivery protests. This latest discussion series, Discussions on Service Delivery, is timely – as a nation, this year, we reflect on 30 years of South Africa’s democracy, and eagerly await the fulfilment of our new Government of National Unity. What is certain is that, to meet the country’s water, electricity, waste disposal, healthcare and other needs, all sectors need to think and work together.
